The Solution


"Relationships are PAINFUL, relationships are WONDERFUL. 
We all live in the DRAMA that plays out between these two truths"
Just take a look at the scenarios I laid out... You might just be
able to RELATE... 


MONDAY
Boy: Hey baby, I miss you!
Girl: I miss you too! I love you!

TUESDAY
Girl: Why weren't you replying? I was waiting for hours!
Boy: I was hanging out with my friends, sorry I didn't notice...
Girl: Damn it! friends friends friends! I don't care!

WEDNESDAY
Boy: Good morning gorgeous! I love you!
Girl: Hey baby I love you good morning!
Boy: Have an awesome day love :)

THURSDAY
Boy: Who was that guy I saw you with earlier?!
Girl: He's my officemate!
Boy: Looks like he's more than an officemate to you!
Girl: Believe whatever you want to believe! I hate this!
... An hour later...
Boy: Sorry I was overreacting...
Girl: It's okay.. I love you, only you :)

FRIDAY
Boy: I love you!
Girl: I love you so much!

This Morning
Girl: I HATE YOU!!
Boy: "LOW BAT AKO"

FAMILIAR isn't it?  This is the so-called "relationship".
For the boy and the girl it’s the “AWAY-BATI” relationship.
If we’re in a relationship we TRY do everything to make it WORK, right?
It takes EFFORT to make things right, simply because
MISUNDERSTANDINGS are INEVITABLE.
At least... until we FEEL LIKE FIGHTING for the relationship still.


For all who are somehow ENLIGHTENED w/ the fact that it's up to US to
face misunderstandings, that TRIALS are there to make the 
relationship stronger, and that COMPROMISING is important, 
it may still not be enough...


There are plenty of SOLUTIONS, even PUBLISHED in books
that tells us HOW TO MAKE A RELATIONSHIP WORK
Let's take a brief look at some, shall we?


(1) Won’t let a day pass solution.
I know people who resolve all problems before they sleep, and don’t let a day pass without resolving.
This is one awesome way to make it work. Committing to solve problems everyday. Does this work for you?


(2) Love stronger than pride solution
An awesome solution in where you control your feelings and let love dominate you.
No matter what happens you’ll forgive the person and love him or her.
This is also called the acting with love all the time solution.
We can all feel mad, but we can choose to love instead.


(3) Forget it solution
When a fight happens, trash all the details, and just make up.


There are MANY SOLUTIONS to make a relationship work.
You may have your own unique style, yet  have you tried all possible solutions?
Even going beyond gifts, favors, sacrifices, physicality, and more?


All you've tried, but nothing works in the LONG RUN.
All your efforts may produce a QUICK FIX for a moment, even for a period maybe,
yet you still end up feeling WEARY
Till the time comes when you just CAN'T fight for it anymore...
All that's left to do is say GOODBYE... 


WHY IN THE WORLD DOES THIS HAPPEN, STILL?
Because we first have to understand that we are NOT in a relationship to make it WORK,
rather we are in relationships to make it LAST.

FOREVER EXISTS! What is the solution for forever?  
What is the solution in how to make a relationship LAST FOREVER?
What is the solution? It’s just ONE PERFECT SOLUTION


IT'S GOD!
GOD is the author of life, and guess what! .... even your very own LOVE STORY.
He's interested in your LOVE LIFE, more than you'll ever know. 

God’s love is perfect and eternal. No matter what happens,
God’s love for us is always present and He keeps His Word, He loves us. AWESOME


SO HOW DOES GOD'S LOVE FOR ME ACTUALLY HELP ME W/ MY RELATIONSHIPS?
Simply put, the more we align to God's will by loving Him, with all that we are, 
the greater and abundant outcome will manifest in our lives.


UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, INNER PEACE, GENUINE JOY, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GENTLENESS, SELF-CONTROL, SELFLESSNESS

These are all fruits we will manifest in having a life of loving and focusing on God.
These fruits of PERSONAL RENEWAL will SPREAD OUT to the people around you,
especially to your SPECIAL someone. 


When we have God in our life, it is so much more easier to love others, even
during their most UNLOVABLE STATE.


JUST IMAGINE what it would be like, if both of you couple are more in love w/ God
more than one another -- NOT LOOKING at each other, but TOGETHER looking directly
at GOD, NOT LIVING for one another, but TOGETHER living a life for GOD....  


JUST IMAGINE the both of you being conquered by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,
gentleness and self-control as a result of a focused life on God...
WOULDN'T IT TRULY BE MUCH EASIER TO LOVE?


When we allow God to take the pen of our lives, and even the pen of our
relationships and LOVE life, our relationships will ZOOM just as Buzz
Light Year goes... TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!


THIS IS A CALL TO...
Focus your lives on Him. Accept God’s love and live a life for Him.
God gave us the ability to love, and to love Him first ABOVE ALL ELSE
is our ultimate purpose in life. Let us make every effort to FIRST
make Him our priority because without Him there’s no life.
With Him, it is truly an abundant life.


 NOW, IMAGINE SAYING THIS AND HEARING THIS FROM YOUR LOVED ONE
 “My life is filled with God’s love. What overflows in my life from His love
is what I give to you. With Him as my source of love for you, I will love you forever.
With God, I am able to love you selflessly, perfectly and endlessly.”


Pray and choose to love God more than anyone, and then PRAY for someone
who is more deeply in love with God than with you.
You’ll know for sure that the love you have for each other came from the
overflowing love of God and yes, it’s the perfect solution.


NOW, I hope you say this from the bottom of your heart, and accept it as true...
“Jesus you’re all this heart is living for. I am not dependent on the love people give me.
I show love for people as a result of being filled with your UNENDING LOVE.
You’re MY SOURCE of strength to love others, and I will love you more than anyone.
As long as I know that the love I give to people is from you, it will last forever”


Focus on God and don’t let anyone take that away.
Choose to focus on that same direction
and a happy and fruitful life is on your way.

It takes a PERSONAL RENEWAL w/ God, to make a RELATIONAL RENEWAL.

How Have You Been?

Oh thanks for asking. You might’ve gotten worried about me because I haven’t written about anything for almost a year now. No need to worry, I’m still alive. Actually I’ve been wonderful. Lot’s have happened in my life for the past year. Let me give you an update. 1. I'm now engaged. Oh yes! You know the girl that I write about in most of my blogs? I’m now engaged to her. We are happily planning for our wedding happening in a year. We still need to save up for our dream wedding to push through. I can write tons about how our relationship grew and became more God centered. Surely I will share everything we learned in my upcoming entries. I worked for some time in a coffee shop. On my first day behind the cash register, my boss just told me to do two things, “say thank you and SMILE” I’m good in following orders so that’s what I did throughout my shift. At the end of my shift my boss told me that people felt good because of my smile! According to them it was warm and welcoming. Since then I would always smile when faced with a customer. To smile is the simplest yet amazing thing you could do. Actually it’s one of the best things you could do for people as well. Smiling at them will make them feel good.
