Time Lapse
WOW
My last post was 3 years ago!
Want to know what happened in those 3 years? Get ready for a time lapse, blog style:
2016:
I was working at a call center - it was challenging and dreadful but I still gave it my all. I'm grateful for it!
I got into a special project, so I was off the phones for 3 months!
We got pregnant!!
2017:
Because of said project above, I was able to move into a marketing position (a position I was really aiming for) and now I enjoy every moment of it!
Had a baby boy! His name is Zachary. He's handsome. Obviously he got it from his mom. Though my wife says we have the same ears, forehead, and toenails. Also, we have the same personality and sense of humor. That's all that matter right? Jesus, my wife and Zachary - they are my greatest blessings.
Sleepless nights, yes! Pure joy, yes and yes!
Moved to a new place where the air is cleaner and the elevator works! It's also right above a grocery store. The best feeling is when cooking adobo and you don't have garlic, you just go downstairs any buy one for $0.50 - I use a credit card to pay.
Became active serving at church.
2018:
Decided that my wife will not work anymore so she can focus on Zac. God has provided ever since. We have never been dependent like this on His daily bread. We never go hungry at all.
My son turned 1. How time flies. Once I can hold him with one hand, now he's running.
I was growing in my marketing position and was learning a lot every day. I got more responsibilities. Still love every minute of it.
Church is growing, it's amazing to be part of God's Kingdom building here.
2019:
Still 1 income. We survived one year with one income. God is providing indeed. Still not getting hungry, as a matter of fact, I gained a few pounds - I'm trying to lose it though.
Not eating beef and pork. I've been eating chicken only since late 2018. Sometimes I wonder how many more chicken recipes I can cook.
Zac turned 2! Running is now transitioning to climbing and wrestling. Still a delight everyday. I wish I wouldn't have to work so I can just spend the day with him and the wife.
I preached at Sunday service for the first time! I talked about seeking and doing God's will.
And now you are up to date!
